1. When will my order get shipped out?
It usually takes 3-5 Days to process your order.
2. How long will it take for me to get my order?
It will normally take 7-20 business days including the processing time. Buyer outside of the U.S. please be aware that we will not be responsible for any extra customs fees or tariffs charged to international packages.
3. Is Expedited shipping available?
Yes! Although you can only find the standard shipping option while checking out, feel free to contact us if you need your item faster!
4. What payment methods do you take? IS THE SITE SECURE?
We accept all major credit cards.
We use Shopify as our e-commerce provider, and they are as secure as you can get.

Yes. You have up to 5 hours to change your order. Simply contact us at email@example.com
7. Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have up to 5 hours after placing an order to cancel your order. Email us immediately and we will be able to help you out. However, after 5 hours, your order is sent to our warehouse system and will be in the shipping center soon. At that time, we can still refund you but a 30% restocking fee will be charged. The item will still be delivered to you. You will also need to ship it back to us. Once we received the returned item, we will refund 70% of your purchasing amount.
8. Can I exchange if it doesn't fit?
Yes! We have a 30 days exchange policy, and we are happy to do the exchange for you. However, you will need to pay for the shipping and also a $5.00 restocking fee for returns which will be deducted from the refund.
